1.Description

BZX-120P automatic bottle cartoning machine is a high-tech product with light, electricity, gas and machine integration. It is suitable for bottles (round, square) cosmetics, food, health products and similar items automatic cartoning. The working process is transferring bottles or articles; pharmaceutical’s instruction transferring ( can be set to automatically fold 1-4) ; automatic box opening and transferring, and then push bottle and instruction into cartons; and complete the automatic printing batch number and sealing both ends of carton. All frame is made of stainless steel , the working table is covered by plexiglas doors and windows, meet the the pharmaceutical industry "GMP" standards. The transmission part of the design of the overload protection, set up emergency stop devices, man-machine interface screen control system to protect the personal safety of the operator.
