1.The GZP series rotary tablet press can be widely applied in the pharmaceutical industry, as well as in the food, chemical, and electronic industries. It can compress various granular raw materials that meet the tablet-making requirements into tablet form. The maximum output can reach 200,000 tablets per hour.

2.This machine uses dry granular raw materials with fine powder content (greater than 100 mesh) not exceeding 10%. It is not suitable for semi-solid, damp granules, low-melting-point and prone-to-hygroscopic raw materials, and powder without granules.

3.This machine can not only press round tablets, but also press geometric-shaped special-shaped tablets and double-sided engraved tablets.

4.The GZP series rotary tablet press has four specifications, namely: GZP35, GZP43, GZP47, and GZP55 (the technical parameters of each model of these four specifications are introduced below). Customers can choose the appropriate model according to their production volume and the size of the tablet-making.

5.The parts and components of the four models are technologically designed and manufactured and managed based on the current world-standardized, series, and universalization standards. More than 90% of the parts and components of the four models have the same structure, size, and geometric shape, which is convenient for customers' maintenance, repair, and management.

6.This machine is mainly composed of the major components of the main unit's mechanical and electrical control systems (the mechanical and electrical control systems of each major component are introduced below).

7.The mechanical and electrical components of this machine are of excellent configuration. The mechanical components adopt high-strength and high-stiffness frame structures, and the main castings come from products of a Japanese sole company. The special processing technology of the rotating table structure, the pre-pressure wheel and main pressure wheel structure, the lubrication system uses products from the American sole company Becher, the frequency converter uses Schneider products, and the display uses Schneider products.

8.The working area adopts a fully enclosed transparent window structure, with less dust pollution and excellent sealing performance.

9.The laboratory and the transmission mechanism are completely separated, effectively preventing cross-infection. The components in contact with the drugs all use stainless steel or are specially treated on the surface. The tablet chamber has no dead corners, is easy to load and unload, convenient for cleaning and maintenance, and complies with the GMP standards of drug production and quality management.

10.This machine has functions such as variable frequency speed control, average pressure display, and overload protection, as well as emergency braking.
