2. The entire machine adopts a programmable control system, touch screen panel operation, stepless frequency adjustment, and pneumatic joint control.

3. In terms of design, the equipment adopts the capsule dispensing method of a dual-head fully automatic capsule filling machine. In terms of capsule dispensing speed, mold replacement, filling degree, and maintenance, it has made significant progress compared to the old semi-automatic capsule filling machines. The equipment has become faster, more convenient, simpler, and more stable. In terms of locking the capsule, we use pneumatic control and an automated locking method to save labor time.

4. In terms of human-machine interaction, our company installed a safety door device at the capsule dispensing station. When the safety door is not closed, the equipment is in a stationary state and cannot operate. At the powder filling station, a visible window is added to observe the filling amount of the powder. At the capsule locking station, a barrier plate is installed to prevent accidents when the capsule is locked. On the right side of the equipment, a capsule tray storage rack is added for easy application.

5. The body and worktable are made of stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and resistant to oxidation.

6. The equipment can fill capsules of different models, and is used for filling hard capsules of powders, granules, micro-tablets, etc., for drugs and health supplements.
