Performance Features
1. The entire machine can be packaged and transported separately. When reassembled, it is connected using locating pins and fixed with bolts, making the assembly process simple and convenient.
2. It adopts a disc vibration dual-track feeding method, with the effervescent tablet sorting speed reaching 1600 tablets per minute, resulting in more regular sorted materials.
3. A vacuum dust collection and powder removal device is configured in the disc, which can reduce the impact of dust on the tablet sorting and prevent dust from blocking the discharge track.
4. The main unit uses variable frequency speed control: (the feeding speed can reach 100 tubes per minute) and the corresponding tube loading speed can be set according to factors such as the number of particles per tube.
5. The tablet is automatically rolled, arranged onto each track, and automatically sent to the tablet placement position. When it detects that there is a bottle at the tablet placement position, the feeding cylinder will automatically send the tablets into the bottle.
6. When it detects that there is a bottle with tablets, the sealing part will automatically press the cap into the bottle opening.
7. The entire operation process of this equipment is fully controlled by PLC and automatically executed in sequence. When a certain packaging material is missing, it will automatically alarm and delay the shutdown.
8. The transmission area below and the operation area above are completely isolated by stainless steel plates, avoiding cross-contamination between the two areas during equipment operation and making cleaning more convenient.
9. It has good mechanical properties, smooth transmission, appropriate precision, low noise, no obvious vibration, and no abnormal thermal deformation.
10. The materials in contact with drugs or inner packaging materials are selected from 316L stainless steel, meeting GMP requirements; the exterior of the equipment is protected by a 304 stainless steel transparent tempered glass cover, facilitating observation and enhancing the safety of the operators.
11. It has a one-stop production line including electronic counting, tablet sorting, tube loading, and cap sealing, with a smooth process and intuitive production operation.
